Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. is has 3 business groups: Noise Com, Boonton Electronics, and Microlab, all of which are wholly owned subsidiaries. These companies provide a number of services in the communication industry. The group designs microwave based and radio frequency products for advanced communications and wireless markets. Wireless Telecom serves both government and corporate markets using workflow oriented applications for cable, avionics, radar, Wi-Fi, Satellite, WiMax medical and computing applications.
Wireless Group had a 24% increase in net sales in the 2011 third quarter over the 2010 third quarter. Net income from continuing operations for the first 3 quarters of 2011 was $1.713 million up almost 3 times from the first 3 quarters of net income of 2010 of $657,000. They seem to be going up and their stock is also going up. Today their stock is at $1.30 per share. I would advise doing a thorough analysis of this stock because it might be very good investment at a cheap price.
Directors at Wireless Telecom Group include Anand Radhakrishnan, Adrian Nemcek, Henry L. Bachman, Rick Mace, and Joseph Garrity.
