It’s not easy working out which investments to put into an ISA. First you need to assess a tremendous amount of funds; then determine how to disperse it around the types of investments/asset classes available. This is called asset allocation. Due to current Middle Eastern unrest, doing this properly and well is quite a balancing act with rising oil prices which are also threatening the world economy. The asset classes you can choose from are: bonds, cash, commodities, equities and property. For the best ISA advice, you would be advised to look at funds that are known to be hassle-free as they invest in other funds for you or invest in a few asset classes.
